  8. I don’t agree. I think eating fruits and veg are good but there is a place
    for good fat and plenty of it. Himalayan salt has good minerals in it.
    Natural meats with no hormones and grass fed are fine. Get rid of the
    processed foods and yes get lots of exercise.
