  17. holy crap did you say 2-3 grams are the recommended dose? according to the
    mayo clinic, it should be 2-3 micrograms. thats a 100,000 times the
    recommendation. Dude, get your numbers right before you give advice.

      otherwise you’ll have to many vitamins just sitting in your body
