I usually squeeze out the kimchi juice and then mix it with gochujang and soy soyce and then pour the mixture over the rice in the pan 😇

Sesame oil, especially if you’re using 100% natural without added scent enhancers, tends to lose a lot of its aromatic character when exposed to high heat. Usually, kimchi fried rice would be cooked in normal vegetable oil and once the pan is off the heat, maybe half a tablespoon of sesame oil is more than enough to infuse the whole dish with the aroma. Otherwise, can’t find anything else to argue with. Love your content, thanks for posting videos of such top quality 👍👍
