As a complete newb to cauliflower rice, I’m sorry if this is a dumb question. But did you use a frozen bag? I think I see a 365 label on what you used, but I really don’t know if you can buy non-frozen bags from a store, and if you can – is there a difference? Definitely want to try this recipe either way lol

What would be another alternative than cauliflower rice? Cauliflower gives me extremely bad gas/heartburn. Never ever boring boom 💪🏾
