    Hope you had a nice time with family. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IBS-C AND NOTICED WHEN I when i EAT ALOT OF VEGGIES ESPECIALLY RAW IT MAKES my ibs WORSE .ANY TIPS.ALSO I’M DIABETIC and disabled and fiscally can’t do like hardcore exercise due to spinal fusion but am trying my hardest to loss about 35lbs atleast.

By the way, thanks to your eat your veggies challenge, I’ve been adding more veggies than I have in a looooong time. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I’m three pounds away from being back to my pre-quarantine weight! I can’t believe how easy it is to just fill my plate with half veggies (usually broccoli because it’s fastest and I love broccoli) and I never feel like I’m missing out on anything! Any time I feel like I’ve gone off track and need to be re-inspired, your videos are always the first ones I turn to.

Add Hannah’s book to the 7 min workouts and you’ve got it made. I did lose 2 inches in 7 days, sometimes called one n done or s.i.t, programs your body to burn fat for up to 48 hours, forget the treadmill or hours at the gym ✌🏼🧡
